the staff provided professional service. the staff wants to ensure your stay is enjoyable. the facilities are clean and well-designed. the night shows and dancing created a great atmosphere (i really enjoyed the music). everything here helped me relax during my vacation.
the beach access is too narrow, slightly inconvenient.

i found the reception team very helpful. the pools and bars are beautiful. the staff was also kindly and helpful at reception. the customer service was amazing .
The air conditioning was very loud in the room. It was somewhat disruptive.

the beach was perfect and fast wifi was available.
the room wasn't clean upon arrival, i found the bathroom dirty (i was very surprised by that). the airport transportation was delayed, this almost caused me to miss my flight. i expected better coordination (it's a must to be punctual).
